Born in Prince Edward Island in the 1970’s, I’ve has always been into cars. I remember the very first time I washed a car, at probably 8 years old, being so excited to have washed the tires too. My Dad, proud as ever, said, “the car isn’t clean until the tires are clean”. That stuck with me all these years.

Our next door neighbor at the time had a black Volkswagen Scirocco. One day I saw him out in the driveway cleaning his engine bay with an old toothbrush. The black hatchback was always gleaming. I loved that little car, and gained a whole new appreciation for deep cleaning.

As a teen, I began the lifelong process of learning about auto detailing. My pride & joy, a 1991 Pontiac Sunbird GT, had red single-stage paint that tested my patience and my abilities. I learned so much from that little coupe! If I wasn’t working or skiing, I was probably busy washing, polishing or waxing my car.

Over the next 30+ years I’ve never stopped learning. I’ve experimented with different techniques, tools and products. In the last decade I’ve learned so much from incredible detailers all around the world.
Below are some of my personal vehicles through the years…
